I'm the founder and host of the Surreal Life Podcast and the heartbeat behind it's vision.
As a mother of six, a survivor, I’ve walked through fire and chosen to become out loud. I’m mothering myself while mothering my kids. I’m breaking cycles I was born into and becoming the version of me that's been buried deep within me.
They call me "The Surreal Mirror" because I hold up truth for others to see themselves more clearly.
I’m the 5th Element in our collective: the space between fire, earth, air, and water. The one that binds, blends, and brings it all to life. I carry the chaos and the clarity. The grit and the grace.
This is storytelling and it’s sacred work.
It’s the reclaiming of identity. The reparenting of the self. The reflection that helps us all rise.
I'll guide you inward, to the place where the answers have always been waiting.

I’m Tristan — co-host of the Surreal Life Podcast, and the voice behind Rising in Power. A bold-hearted Taurus, a mama to two fur babies, and a woman who’s risen through the fire more times than she can count. I’ve walked through the darkness — addiction, abuse, incarceration, deep loss — and still chose to rebuild. Not because it was easy, but because my soul remembered: This wasn’t the end of my story.
Now I help others reclaim their voice and power, using astrology, nervous system tools, and
grounded rituals that meet you in the real.

I’m Jana — a sacred disruptor, a soul doula, and the founder of Permission To Be. I help you return to the truth of who you are through conscious coaching, awakening experiences, and radical self-remembrance.
I’ve walked through my own initiations — cycles of loss, grief, & numerous rebirths, surrender & sacred rebellion. My truest work is giving myself permission: to slow down, trust my own knowing, say yes to who I am, and live in fierce, radical self-acceptance.
